Terms of Service

By creating a Remote Coach Desk workspace or using the service you agree to these terms. Remote Coach Desk is a coaching operations tool. You are responsible for the programs you prescribe, the feedback you send, and compliance with coaching, privacy, and health-data rules in your jurisdiction.

Not medical advice. Recovery metrics and form feedback are coaching aids. They are not clinical care. Do not use Remote Coach Desk as a substitute for licensed medical guidance.

Accounts & billing. Paid plans (Solo, Studio, Team) bill through Stripe when Checkout is enabled. Seat caps apply to active client links. The current Solo proof offer charges the listed amount today via Stripe; cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal) or by contacting support. Unused time is not refunded unless required by law.

Your content. Do not upload media you lack rights to share. Form-check videos and notes may be visible to linked coaches and via share links you create. You grant Remote Coach Desk a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use. No scraping, no attempting to access other coaches’ athletes, no uploading malware or illegal content. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or put athlete data at risk.

Availability. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked as integrations (wearables OAuth, optional Cloudinary) may require your own API credentials.

Liability. The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or athlete outcomes. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the prior three months.

Changes. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
